Making the Report module menu consistent with current modules

Though one can choose to disable / hide some modules (Leads, Tickets, etc.), their related Report Menu still shows in the Reports section.

For instance, I have hidden the Leads module, but when I go to the Report module, the Lead report category still shows.

I did not find any option to hide any of the categories.

Is there a way to hide the Report entries corresponding to Modules that have been disabled/hidden?

Nothing crucial here, but many users just focus on a few reports and it would just be more pleasant to only have displayed the categories of reports that are really used.
