Making views available to other users,

Is it possible to export or make available my custom views to other users on our account? I'd hate to have to manually log in and recreate them for each user, and then edit them one-by-one if I later make a change.

Also, I notice that from within the potential module, the STAGE field is sorted according to the selection order (as specified when editing stage values) when you sort items by stage. But when running reports, the stage is sorted alphabetically.

Is there any way to change the sort order in reports to sort in selection order rather than alphabetically, so that the order of stages within the report flows in logical order rather than alphabetically?
