1. How do I get my Zoho contacts into Zoho Mail?  I assumed that this would be automatic.

2. When I'm in a Zoho contact and click on the email it opens up my Outlook instead of Zoho Mail.  How do I default it to use Zoho Mail so I can attached the email to the contact.
