Manage Business Email from Gmail but send from within Zoho CRM ?
Hi I started the topic IMAP
setup NOT working for my Domain email
with this question amongst others, but now I think it should get it´s
own topic.
Up to this point I have managed ALL my business email from Gmail
because I love their interfase.
So, I have my domain address setup to forward all emails to my gmail
account, and I have setup my Gmail account to allow me to Send Mail As
my Domain email. So everything is saved in Gmail servers, I mean all
Sent and Received Messages from my domain (within gmail) get stored in Gmail.
How do you suggest me to setup Zoho in order to keep functioning this
way? because, now, if i send an email from within zoho using my domain
email the sent messages dont get stored on my server nor gmail...so were
do they get stored and how can I retrieve them?
