I would like to enquire as to the best way to manage contract opportunities in Zoho CRM. (If a customer signs up for a 12 month contract at a fixed fee.)

Is this opportunity captured as one (i.e. Monthly fee x 12) or is there a way to apportion the amount in alignment to a revenue target in the Forecast module. 

Your advice will be greatly appreciated.
