We have a lot of freelancers that work for our company based on us winning new projects and quickly having to staff up to have enough resources to manage a project
Currently we have a Google Sheets where we manage all of the contacts that are freelancers that we can call on when we have a project
We manually email all of these freelancers and ask them if they are available on a certain date for the project that we need them to work on
If they are available we manually on board them to the company and we manually track the time that they spend on any projects and we exclusively use emails to communicate with these freelancers
I wonder if there is a better way in the Zoho world that will help us manage these freelancers
I have looked at work early and I'm not sure if that is the right product for us
Do you have any better ideas?
