Managing Leads and Converting them
Our Leads are business names and not actual people's names. Right now I am having to enter the business name into the Last Name field and also the Company Name field, Ideally I would want the the Company Name field be the only required and not the last name. So when converting leads it just creates an account with the Company Name and not a new contact also, as we are dealing with businesses and not individuals as accounts.
Is this possible at all, any help is greatly appreciated.
