Support teams rely on interfaces that are easy to read, navigate, and interact with. To make Zoho Desk more inclusive and accessible for users with diverse needs, additional accessibility improvements have been introduced to enhance text readability, improve visual clarity, and provide a more comfortable user experience.
The Monochrome option reduces distraction and puts focus on where it counts or keep key areas in full color if you prefer.
The Required Field Indicator highlights the mandatory fields in red making it prominent for the users.
The OpenDyslexic font improves readability for people with dyslexia and other reading difficulties, making it easier to distinguish similar characters.
Reset to default reverts all the accessibility settings that were made at once. Users can reset the controls to meet their requirement.
These features are now available across all DCs and editions.
