I would like to make the 'Last Name' in an opportunity NOT MANDATORY.  It lets me click First Name but for some reason the last name is phased out so I can't click on it. 

I have inserted a look up field for 'account' & 'contact' so this will show the name of the person who the opportunity relates too.

Any help would be fab.
