Manual conversion of lead to contact and multiple email addresses

I have many leads created because of emails being logged from Outlook.   There are many that relate to contacts already in Zoho, but do not get matched because the contact uses multiple email addresses.   This leads to two suggestions:

1) Allow multiple email addresses to be saved to a Zoho contact (much like in Outlook) and match attached emails via any one of those email addresses

2)  Allow for the manual matching and conversion of a lead to a contact.   Zoho automatically catches an existing contact if you convert a lead and the email address and account match, but it often misses existing contacts.   Allow me to manually tell it which contact to merge the lead into.
