Manual conversion of lead to contact and multiple email addresses
When someone emails with a different email address than what is listed in their contact, it is logged as a lead. It's very difficult to match it up and merge it with an existing contact. There needs to be a manual process to tell it which one to merge it with. Also need to be able to have multiple active email addresses for a contact by which emails can be associated automatically. Many people have a business and personal email address. Some have 3 or 4.
