We are cleaning up our pipeline workflow and we have sales people that have changed the stage of a potential a few days AFTER it actually happens. This is not recommended, but humans are humans and the date upon which the potential is changed is not always done the same day that the potential Actually happens.
Is there a way that an administrator can manually go in and change the date stamp for when a potential is moved to the next stage? Effectively, we are seeing that a lot of potentials are only showing 2 or 4 days in that stage, yet they have been there for 10 or 11.
Additionally, we have created views to view these potentials, but the "duration in current stage is not a field we can choose on the report. Is this field somewhere else that can be found?
