I need to map my custom fields to a JotForm application.  I've made a few mistakes and deleted and remade custom fields.  Even though I've deleted the fields with mistakes, I can not use the same field name.  This is messing up the integration with the fields in JotForm.  

Is there a way to clear all custom fields completely so I can start over?
