Map field, custom field, edit field.

Hi I'm customizing the fields on my Zoho CMRm the thing is that I would like to edit existing fields or create new ones that are available in all the modules.

For example if a create a new field called second address in accounts i would like that when a create an invoice i could add that field to the invoice.

Can anyone help?? thanks
