Map Gmail Message Data to Zoho CRM

Map Gmail Message Data to Zoho CRM

I have an email that is created with 1 line per field data
Email data looks like this: 
First_Name(Jane)
Last Name(Doe)
Nickname(Janie)
State(QLD)

Is there a way to push the data in the brackets into the same fields Zoho CRM? I can change the way this email appears easily 

I can make it appear as {} if need be. 

Can someone help me achieve this?
