Map-Pie chart / Slice Sizes all equal

Hello

I am using the Map-Pie chart with a custom image. The image is below, and is a blueprint of my manufacturing floor for my machine shop. Each Box represents a different machine. Inside each box I have mapped out pie's charting the hours worked by each employee associated with that machine over a given period of time. 

The problem I am having is that regardless of the hours worked by each employee, the slice of the pie stays the same size.

Example. One machine has 4 operators. Two operators have only worked 10 hours on that machine, and the other two have worked over 1,000 hours. I would like the pie graph to barely show slices for the two operators at 10 hours each, and much larger slices for the other two operators each with over 1,000 hours each. The problem is that is shows all 4 operators with the same sized slice.

Is there a way to change this?
