maping domain

Dear zohosite technical suport truly I love zohosite but I've got a problem. I want to do domain mapping of qwords.com to my hayas.zohosite.com. What I want is hayas.zohosite.com changed its domain name into "hayas.id". And I have been running the domain mapping procedures to perform according to the instructions, but my domain until now there has been also published. Where is my mistake?
