I have some workflows that move records between pipelines, the issue is that when setting up the workflow that creates the connected record, there is no option to map the value from a picklist in one pipeline to another. Please watch:

Feels like a carzy oversight considering this is possible in Zoho CRM... Anyone have a solution?
