Guys,

We're using one-way CRM to DESK sync - but we do want to add contacts to CRM on a case by case basis. I'm using a function (actually, a Zoho Flow) to do this.

Contacts added to CRM via function/flow continue to show as "unmapped" with CRM. Is there anything I can do to fix this? it would be easy to add the DESK ContactID to the CRM record if this helps.
