Mapping Existing Fields
We have an existing Zoho CRM, but the mapping not setup initially to accept LEADS, APPLICANTS, and then ENROLL. We customized the Modules to have:
LEADS => APPLICANTS => ENROLL
When a LEAD comes in we want to convert to APPLICANT and then to ENROLL. The mapping of the fields is not correct. My question is, can we fix the LEAD NAME to map over to APPLICANT name?
Do we have to create a new account and have mapping setup correctly before any data gets imported?
