I know this has been discussed in the past, but I would really like to see a mapping features with contacts and opportunities. The mobile app is OK, but I would love to see it in regular zoho crm. The ability to see customers and projects/opportunities plotted on a map would be awesome. It would help with scheduling client visits as well as make each opportunity I take on way more efficient.  my 2 cents
