I have changed the name of "Accounts" to "Customers" in my Zoho CRM.
I have created 2 custom fields in Leads as follows:
Street 2 and Street 3
They are mapped to:
Billing Street 2 and Billing Street 3 in Customers;
Mailing Street 2 and Mailing Street 3 in Contacts.
When a Lead is converted to a Customer/Contact, the custom fields map fine.
However, if you then create a new Contact for the Customer after the Lead has been converted, the standard address fields copy over, but the custom address fields do not.
How can this be done? Obviously it is vital to us that these fields copy through, otherwise we will be missing information on the Contact address information which we use for mailing lists.
