Mark Quote Stage As Sent After Emailing Quote

Hi,

Getting consultants to keep the quote stage / potential stage updated is quite a challenge.

I would like to automate marking the stage from "Draft" to "Sent" after a quote has been emailed through the CRM.

Has anyone come up with a solution on this? 

In my opinion, these are absolute key features that should exist:

1. Macros should also be available in the quote module. The macro could then handle the emailing of quote and marking the stage as "Sent".
2. Macros should include the ability to attach the quote as pdf using an inventory template.

Zoho Marketplace offers 3rd party integrations application like DocuSign or AdobeSign which would achieve this, but then you need to pay a quite a high fee for every quote sent regardless of whether it is accepted or not which is a deal breaker.

Zoho Developers, if you can create this marketplace integration, why can this not be applied for the inventory temples less the digital signing portion?
