Marketing Automation CONTINUES to NOT show basic Lead Source Attributions

I've literally waited 3 years now for this to work. And it still doesn't. This is the most basic marketing software feature of EVERY other Marketing Automation platform.

When you go into Touchpoints, it shows traffic coming from different sources, but "Leads" is always zero - same in any reports. There are a lot of people filling out forms on our site (Zoho Forms forms), so I know that isn't true. I'd just simply like to know where they came from.

Visitor A filled out Form 1 and they came from a Google Ad.

Visitor B filled out Form 2 and they came from Facebook.

When is Zoho going to make this work. I'm done paying for this platform as of April without a fix for this. Not waiting anymore. Switching back to one of the hundreds of competitors that offer these simple functions.

Without basic Lead tracking and source attribution, this simply is not a marketing automation platform or software.

Also, not being able to put in a custom date range in Touchpoints is ridiculous. The simplest of programs/softwares have this capability. Other portions of Touchpoints are also useless. For referrals for "last 24 hours" it shows 54,589 views. Lol, thats what we get in 6 months. Where is it getting that number from??
