When you launch a new product, don’t wait for customers to discover it on their own. Email is one of the best ways to announce new arrivals because it reaches people who already know your brand and are more likely to buy something.

A good launch email creates excitement, highlights what’s new, and gives customers a clear reason to click. It can also help you drive traffic quickly to the new product page, especially in the first few days after launch.

Pick one recently launched or upcoming product and create a short launch email for it.

Steps:

To achieve this, you need to connect Zoho Campaigns or Zoho Marketing Automation to your Zoho Commerce store.

In your Zoho Commerce web app, go to Settings –> Sales & Marketing (under Integrations) –> Connect Zoho Campaigns or Zoho Marketing Automation.
