That's what the Workflow Automation feature in Zoho Commerce is designed for.
What is workflow automation?
Workflow rules let you define conditions and automatic actions that trigger whenever those conditions are met. You set up a workflow rule once, and it runs on its own, whether it's 2 PM or 2 AM.
For marketing, this means you can create systems that communicate with customers without having to remember to do any of it.
Marketing workflows you can set up today:
Welcome email with a first-order incentive
Trigger: A new customer places their first order and the payment is marked complete.
Action: Send an email with a thank-you message and a coupon code for their next purchase. This builds loyalty from the very first transaction.
High-value order alert + personal follow-up
Trigger: An order is placed above a certain value (e.g., ₹5,000).
Action: Send an in-app notification to your team to follow up with a personal thank-you message. A small personal touch on big orders goes a long way toward repeat business.
How to do this in Zoho Commerce:
Go to Settings → Automation → Workflow Rules. Click + New Workflow Rule.
