Fig: The traditional Event invitations sent from Zoho CRM doesn't offer the flexibilty of choosing a time slot that suits your client's convenience.
Now that scheduling appointments is out of your way, the next important task is to have them tracked at one place. Your CRM is the central tool that tracks all your client interactions. Your appointments are tracked using the Events section in the Activity module of Zoho CRM. Having two disparate tools causes more confusion. To solve this problem, Xtracut has launched an integration for Zoho CRM with Acuity scheduling, a market leader in appointment booking software.
Here are some of the main use cases solved by this extension:
- A new user making an appointment on Acuity will be added as a Contact or lead (you can choose) in Zoho CRM and the event will be associated to that contact or lead.
- If an existing contact or lead in Zoho CRM makes an appointment in Acuity, we will create and associate the event to the contact or lead.
- If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled in Acuity scheduling, the same will be updated in Zoho CRM.
- When customer is on a call and wants to book an appointment, you can book it on behalf of them from Zoho CRM.
- You can send an email with your calendar availability to the customer directly and customer just has to click the time to book an appointment.
- Even if the customer is in a different time zone, the scheduling software will take care of the time zone conversion, saving plenty of time for everyone.
Pre-requisites:
- The extension is compatible with Standard, Professional, Enterprise, CRM Plus, Zoho One, and Ultimate editions of CRM.
- A valid AcuityScheduling account is required to use this extension.
