Marking Spam manually does not improve filtering at all
Hi Zoho,
I am getting about 10 spam messages a day, despite having been marking them as Spam through the web interface for several weeks. The spam source seems to be the same, same message, no change in filtering ability at all. I already use DNS blacklisting (which works, but does not depend on what I mark as spam). Could you please train the filters so that they reject all that garbage which keeps coming?
(The mail account in question is
vaclav@vipassana.sk registered at zoho.eu (not zoho.com) and I cannot sign into the zoho forums (I get either "network error" in the login form, or it seemingly successds, but I am not logged in anyway). I am posting from a different account at zoho.com just to be able to reach support -- please fix that as well. The recipient of most of the spam is
info@vipassana.sk which is a group-address distributed to several members.)
