Mass delete 60000+ Account/contacts.?

Mass delete 60000+ Account/contacts.?

I asked ZOHO  for mass delete 60.000 contact/accounts, and they replied some days ago,that ZOHO will do it for me.

They asked for the CIDs and login/passw  ,which I have them some 5 days ago.... and then SILENCE.

I am paid User Ultimate version.

Mass delete on the normal way, is not covering ALL  the Contacts/accounts and for small number only.
Let me know, so I can proceed with Fresh Imports.
