Mass Deletion of Email Templates, Mass Editing as Well
I have a ton of email templates used for a lot of different things including mass emails. The list keeps growing. So, I decided to delete a bunch. Unfortunately, zoho has only 2 buttons: edit and delete. It would be nice if there was a check box next to each one so that I could choose a large quantity to delete all at once.
It would also be nice if there was an option to do a mass edit so if I wanted to create a new category of template and then move some previously created templates to that category or change some other characteristic, I could.
