Mass E-mailing Activities and closing task?

Hi guys,

Say an employee has 10 of the same activity, is there a way to set it up where we can mass macro an e-mail out to these clients that have the activity and then, at the same time, update the task? Instead of individually going into each client and e-mailing & Updating task.
