Is it possible to mass edit records. I need for all the records to change information of one field. Is there an easy way to do this. In Salesforce there is the possibility to export all the contacts to an excel with the internal ID of each contact. The field to change could then be modified in Excel, and than we can reimport the information, and the changed field is updated linked by the internal ID. What can be done in Zoho CRM?
