Mass Email in Potentials Module, Workflow Rules Enhancements and more...

Hello everyone,

Here is a list of our latest updates in Zoho CRM:

Import Campaigns - You can import campaigns into Zoho CRM using the Import My Campaigns and Import My Organization Campaigns features.
Workflow Rules: Select Email fields in Related Modules - Using this option you can create workflow alerts to send emails to the contacts, potentials etc. that are associated to a record. For example, once a deal is won, you can send a "Thank You" email to the contacts associated to the potential.
Send mass emails to Potentials - You can now select the potentials and use the Send Mail option to send bulk emails for potential records.
Workflow Rules: Filter by Module and Status - You can easily filter the workflow rules, tasks, alerts and field updates by using the module-wise filter option. For workflow rules, you can also filter by active or inactive rules.
Workflow Rules: DateTime fields for Due Date in Task - Earlier, only Date fields were supported; now you can also select a Date Time field for the Due Date field in Workflow Tasks.
