I like Zoho and it suits our operation ok.  You get used to having to preform manual work-arounds and for the most performs well.

 

We work from Potentials mostly and either win or lose a potential depending whether we sell to them or not.

 

We have various reasons we use for losing a potential one of which is NO Response.

 

I really need the ability to be able to mass mail these potentials as well as the others and I can report and view my lost potentials  but not m,arket to them....

 

A work around is to tick a box on the contact when losing but try telling that to my sales guys.....yet another work-around......

 

Please everybody.....keep on at Zoho....they keep promising this but never deliver........and say its on a road map and depends on requests....this would benefit any user of zoho............

 

Please Zoho give me a firm time if this will be implemented..................it's these things which make you decide to pay more money and bite the bullet and go to SalesForce.......more money but better features and service!!!

 

It will be worth it if these dont get addressed!!!
