We want to test out the mass email feature as we haven't made use of it previously.
For example - I'd like to email everyone that sent a sales enquiry during September - To thank them, and to send them an updated product catalogue in the case that they're still looking to purchase. I know how to set up an email template - but is there a way to attach an external document to a mass email? Like an Excel workbook.
