I recently attempted to 'mass email leads' from the 'Lead Tools' section in Zoho CRM. I then set the 'Lead Status' for each of the ead records to 'Attempted to Contact'.

The problem is it that I do not see it in the 'sent email' section in zoho mail. As well, I have gmail integration and I do not see it in the sent email section there.

I have two questions-

How do I validate that the emails have been sent?

Why isnt it showing in my 'sent emails'?
