Mass Email limits

Hi there,
As we all know the limit for mass emailing from CRM is 250 per day per user.

Not a lot, but fair enough.

Lets assume that i have used 235 of my daily limit of 250. I then "check" 50 of my contacts and send them a mass email.

According to what i can see the following is then happening:

- Zoho sends this email to 15 of the contacts (250 minus 235) but does not send the remaining emails.

If that is correct it is a terrible solution, since there is no way (other than to check manually check) which contacts got the email.

So currently we will have to wait for the count to reset, and then mail everyone again. Meaning that some will get the same email twice. Not very nice and not very professional.

Idea: I suggest the following:
A: Show somewhere how much of the daily quota is left.
B: Warn users that they are trying to send out emails that will exceed the quota and that not all emails will be delivered.
C: Send out the emails anyway, (When you send out manually, you can anyway just select 100 contacts at the time, so it is very limited how much you can exceed the limit) then block the ability to send more mass emails.

PS: As a paid subscriber to Zoho Campaigns i feel that my CRM quota should be higher. Due to lack of integration Zoho Campaigns is hard to use as a "mass email substitute" for Zoho CRM.
