Mass Emails

I could use some help on mass emails

We have a trade show coming up and I wanted to send a template I set up inviting our database to come visit us at the trade show

I created the template and began the process to email the database using ZOHO CRM

What I was told by ZOHO CRM support did not work as they said it would

Best case is that I que up the email and send it to all the database and because of the 250 email per day limit it would auto sends it out over a period of a few days. That was what I was lead to believe it would do.

Not true

We have over 4000 contacts and I need it to go to all of them

I did a test and it sent it to a couple of hundred but ...

I have no idea and cannot find who it sent it to

I have no idea who I have left to send it to (to not duplicate)

We have tried constant contact and that worked but I need it to be in the CRM and track who I have emailed the invite to

Can anyone offer some input here since 250 limit per day on a broadcast or mass email is not going to cut it for my needs
