Mass emails - Change the "from email adress"

Dear friends,

currently I am a free user of Zoho CRM. I would like to be a paid user because of the mass email function.

But I have a few questions:

1. I login into CRM using the email GGG@gmail.com, but I would like to send out mass emails to my clients using YYY@gmail.com, without letting my clients know, that I also have the email GGG@gmail.com.

2. Is there any way to increase the attachment file storage to more than 10 MB?

3. The restriction to send out 250 emails per day is per user or per registered organisation?
