Mass Parent Update

So our company has been adding stores as individual accounts. Each store has an account owner. We also have HQ accounts that represent the owners name.

When I do a search for John Smith, I get the HQ account and a bunch of other accounts that are our individual stores. I am wondering if there is a way to mass link John Smith's stores to his HQ account?
