Is there any way, within Zoho CRM, of mass removing contacts or leads from a campaign?

It's possible to bulk add contacts to a campaign, either from a contact view or from the contact related list in the campaign. But the only way to remove them is one by one, with the x button.

We often work with very large campaigns where we create a list of leads for our client, then submit it to them, and then they reject a number of leads. We then need to remove these leads from the campaign, and doing it massively would make the process faster. Is it possible?

Note: this is a CRM only question. These are CRM campaigns, not connected with Zoho Campaigns in any way.
