We want to export our leads, for day-to-day management in excel and re-import them into Zoho without creating duplicates
Essentially we want to import leads and have new leads replace old leads that have the same zoho id.
The startup menu does not seem to have this feature. Best solution that I can find is to export all leads, dedupe in excel, delete all leads and reimport the clean list. There should be a much more straightforward way of doing this though.
Any suggestions?
