Mass Transfer Leads needs some improvements

Not sure what went wrong, but after importing about 8,000 leads I realized that about 3,000 of them were assigned to me instead of the proper sales person. No problem I thought, I can simply use the Mass Transfer Leads function on the Leads list page. But that doesn't work so well. Three suggestions:

1) Add an option to select ALL leads that match the search criteria. Right now I can only pick one page at a time, which is taking forever.

2) After searching it should tell me how many matching records were found. The top of the list could say something like "Displaying 1 to 10 of 5,280"

3) Records per page should remember the setting. Right now I pick 100 records per page, select them all, transfer them, but then it comes back with only 10 and I have to change to display 100 again.
