Mass update Accounts and Conatct Owner

Mass update Accounts and Conatct Owner

What is the best way to change the account and contact owners? I have a list in excel with just the account names no contact names and the account/contact owner. Can it be done to just import 2 fields the owner and account/conatct name or will it overwrite all other fields as well to to be blank?
