Where would be the best place to pick Leads/Contacts and add them to a Campaign?

It's the View with:
  • filter criteria
  • search in columns
  • select some records
  • and Mass Update 

Campaigns are the best collection for planing tactic and strategic actions, in marketing and sales.

Tasks could be used too to document tactical actions, but it's not possible to add multiple Leads to one task.
