Mass update Contact Fields based on Unique customer ID# (Custom Field)

I am using ZOHO for B2C functions.

  • Each Contact/customer has a unique Customer ID# which is a custom field for us
  • Based on this unique customer ID# I would like to mass update another custom field that indicates the customers current status with our company based on previous months patronage
  • For example:  There are 100 customers that are listed as "Current" then next month 50 of those customers have now been labeled as "Lapsed".  How do I upload a list to update each individual customer who's status has changed based on there customer ID# and only update the status field.  I do not want to overwrite the contact account.
