Mass Update Contact Owner with Account Owner

We somehow managed to have a situation where we have many Contacts whose owner is different than the linked Account's Owner. I've been searching for an easy way to force a full cascade of all our Accounts' Owner values to replicate down to all Linked Contacts' Owner values. From my research it appears this can only be done with either a deluge script of by building a creator app. Is that correct?

If so, can someone kindly supply a script to accomplish this? And explain how to execute said script in Zoho CRM.

I understand this may be asking a lot of the free community, but there are no custom variables involved here so I would imagine a "one script fits all" would apply.  Thank you.
