Mass Update not trigger workflows
Hi,
I have performed a mass update of all records in a custom module using a custom view. I have a dummy checkbox on my module that I turn on or off - hoping to trigger all the new workflows that have been created for that module.
However, no workflows are being triggered? the workflows are set to create and edit, plus repeat the workflow whenever the record is edited. How do I force the required workflows to run across every record? there are 25000 records. The mass update has worked and the checkbox has been adjusted, so that action has not obviously triggered the record being altered.
Any help appreciated
