I tried to mass update the value of a field to Null or None. That field is an option field. I just want to delete all the values in there because the values in there are not applicable anymore. For that field, it is not required field and I want to leave it empty/null/none for some accounts, so I can't really update them into some other values.

I know the system have a default value of -none- for the field, but I just can't mass update into it. I tried using Mass Update button in the Account Component Details page and tried Automation - Action - Field Updates, but none of them really make it empty.

Any hint on this?
