Mass Update with a new completed task

Mass Update with a new completed task

I have to use a external email program to do mass emails because of ZOHO CRM 250 limits

How do I mark the contacts with a completed task on all contacts with email addresses that I have completed a certain task

I need to do it for all of them at one time

I tried to do a mass update but it gives me no option to enter a completed task

any ideas out there

I am struggling with ZOHO CRM without the ability to do real mass emails
